American casino operator Monarch Casino and Resort Incorporated has announced that the first phase of the $295 million expansion of its Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is set to open from Thursday morning following some 45 months of construction.
The Reno-headquartered firm used an official Monday press release to detail that the scheme for the Colorado venue has involved the construction of a 23-story hotel tower complete with 250 luxury rooms and suites.
